TOWN OF HURON
NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Section 20 of the Municipal Home Rule Law, a public hearing will be held by the Town Board of the Town of Huron on March 19, 2024 at 6:05 p.m. at the Huron Town Hall, 10880 Lummisville Road, in the Town of Huron, Wayne County, New York, to consider the enactment of Proposed Local Law No. 3 of 2024 of the Town of Huron, which would make changes to the Town's Dock and Mooring Law.

All persons interested shall be given an opportunity to be heard. The Proposed Local Law No. 2of 2024 is available for public inspection during regular business hours at the Town Clerk’s office and on the Town of Huron website at townofhuron.org or www.huronny.org
